A reliable, robust, well maintained and ready to go anywhere 4WD campervan in great condition.
Specifications:
  • WA licenced to March 2010, licenced to carry three people, sleeps four
  • Travelled approx. 292,000 kms, last serviced at 291,000 kms
  • 4.2 litre diesel, 6 cylinder, 4x4, 5 speed manual with power steering  - the 2004 model has coil front suspension giving a much smoother ride than leaf springs of earlier models
  • Factory fitted air-con and snorkel plus bullbar
  • Twin long range fuel tanks (2 x 75 litres) and water tank (40 litres, we believe)
  • Dual-battery system with 12/240v Engel fridge/freezer plus internal power point (for charging mobile phones, lap tops or camera batteries or for powering a fan or external light etc..)
  • Internal sink, plenty of cupboard and storage space (we even carried a 7 foot 4 inch surf board up in the high top throughout the trip), tinted windows, fly-screens,  and two burner gas stove plus 2 kg gas bottle (stored externally in lockable compartment)
 
Purchased by us in January 2009 @ approx. 260,000 kms, RAC inspected at the time and a three year AWN (Australian Warranty Network) warranty taken out.  Serviced every 5000 kms or so since purchase in accordance with the warranty. Full service history since ownership, receipts and initial RAC inspection report available.
New additions since January 2009:
  • Engine immobiliser
  • Two long range front driving lights
  • 3500kg Reece Hitch tow bar – never used for towing, only used to carry bike rack plus two bikes
  • Pioneer AM/FM CD stereo with detachable face and iPod charger/jack
  • Overhead console shelf - for maps, books etc..
  • Two new rear tyres – 12 ply
