Except for the axle and wheels & tyres. all new materials were used to construct this trailer including hubs, steel frame, springs, electrics.  
  • Centre Wheel Rack unbolts in minutes leaving full mesh floor and plenty of room for say, a huge camping/storage/tool box or cage, or possibly a quad (depending on it's size.)
  • Frame constructed of 50 x 50mm x 3mm thick square tube. Draw Bar, 50 x 75mm x 3 mm tube. EXTREMELY STRONG TRAILER.
  • All raw steel, mesh & welds painted with Metalfix1000 (look it up on the web)  anti-rust/primer/undercoat and finished with Gunmetal Grey Wattyl Agricultural Enamel
  • Full 50x50x5m Galvanised mesh from outer rack to outer rack.
  • 2mm thick (That's 2mm thick plus the checkerplate pattern)  x 160mm wide checkerplate wheel racks.
  • Long Draw Bar with 1.6tonne rated safety chain, spare wheel and fold away Jockey Wheel. Could accomodate a tool box.
  • 4ft  x 300mm wide Checkerplate-on-steel frame Loading Ramp which stores away under the trailer bed.
  • All new electrics, 7 pin small round plug, cable and lights. New reflectors.
  • Wide 205R16/65 Tyres with plenty of tread fitted on 15" Commadore wheels. New Hubs & Bearings. Axle presently slung over the springs, but could be slung under for more lift &  larger wheel/tyre combinations.
  • 5 leaf slipper springs
  • 14  tiedown points.
  • 2 Jerry Can holders tucked safely behind each wheel guard with chain links welded to the top to keep the Cans securely in place with bungy or chain & padlock.
Went over the pits (26/10/09) and licenced for 12 months. No more to Pay!!! Just drive away &  play!!!
