Found. Cockatiel/Weiro, Saturday 2nd August, 2008.
 
He is mostly grey, with a bit of yellow speckle. I assume this bird is male because the orange dot is quite prominent.
 
He's not very tame but he's not wild. He doesn't freak out when a human is close by but he won't come near my finger for a scratch - so I imagine he's a caged bird that probably escaped a fair while ago. He does whistle a fair bit.
