Hi there.  I'm on a quest to get fit and lose weight.  I'm not into gyms really but would like someone to help me out, with motivation and regular exercise.  I guess something similar to a personal trainer but I want to do it in a slightly more relaxed way where it becomes a lifestyle change, so things like exercising at parks, beach, etc.

I would prefer a guy to help me out and was thinking maybe it might suit a uni student or similar.  would have to meet either on evening and weekends.  i'm happy to pay which might help someone out in a tight situation - not sure how much but happy to discuss.
