Wanted: OLDER FEMALE IN WEMBLEY LOOKING FOR FITNESS FRIEND

i'm a 61 y.o. woman with arthritis, looking for someone like me who needs others to help motivate you to do fun activities that have fitness as a side-effect. at the moment, i am going to a hydrotherapy pool in balga for an hour's walk twice a week. i also play goodminton for 1/2 hr per week in leederville. [goodminton is a non-competitive form of badminton -- a bit like a cross between laughter club and jazz ballet]. i've just found an electric bicycle that lets me pedal for exercise while having battery power when i'm tired or hit a hill. i'd love to find someone who enjoys 60s and 70s music and likes to move to the beat while singing along to well-known hits. i'd be more likely to continue all these activities regularly if i had a like-minded person to share with. people who are very fit [compared to me] would probably not be suitable. i'm in wembley but have a car and a senior's card for free public transport.
