Wanted: Olympic Kingsway - Football West Amateur Div 2

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic head coach for our Amateur Division 2 side.

This role assumes total control over all team affairs and football direction.

As head coach you’ll need to be a fantastic communicator, primarily responsible for all football matters as well as maintaining acceptable standards be  promoted across the team, with the key focus being on the players and their improvement.

Your drive, passion and commitment will play a key part in contributing towards the future success of the team.

Essential to the role:

• Player management.
• Football knowledge (preferably a senior coaching licence or equivalent)
• Effective communication, both with your players and the committee.
• Leadership, understanding individuals and encouraging development.
• Building effective teams and promoting a cohesive environment.

About You:

• Previous experience preferable, although first time coaches will be considered.
• Good attitude.
• Proactive, self driven and motivated.

• The option to bring in your own backroom team (reserves coach, physio etc)
