We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Controller for this Perth city based office.  This is a temporary role until the end of the project which is possibly around Christmas.  Your primary responsibility will be project cost control and reporting.  You will liaise with the Project Manager and finance team regarding project development and the assessment of project budgets and you must be experienced in work and crew movement and breakdown costing.
 
 
The successful person must have experience in cost control in order to satisfy reporting and forecasting requirements.  Ideally, (but not necessary) you will have worked in the construction industry and have an understanding of crew movement, machinery moves and a concept of various roles.
 
 
You will have ADVANCED skills in Excel to work with a massive set of established spreadsheets, excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound recommendations and forecasts.
 
 
Hours of work are 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.  Some travel to site is necessary and a site allowance of $200 per day is allocated.  Salary is approx $55,000 plus superannuation and is paid on an hourly rate.
