Hi.
Like thousands of others I am an international student looking to gain work experience in the industry. However I do have a couple of advantages:

A. English is my first language, I am from the UK.
B. I do have a few years industry experience already and have worked in production kitchens in the UK for a prestigious outside catering company.
C. I am a little older than the average student and have the work ethic that goes along with that - I am punctual, reliable, honest and not afraid of a bit of hard graft!

I can provide references on request. Hope to hear from you if you think I sound viable!
