I'm a 25 year old Canadian male on a working holiday visa and have very recently landed in Perth, WA. I'm outgoing, social, intelligent, funny (that's important), reliable, dedicated, hard working, and an exceptionally fast learner. One of my biggest strengths is the versatile ability of being able to work either completely independently, or within a team-dynamic. I never shy away from difficult or challenging work, and have never yet encountered a work environment I haven't been able to quickly and smoothly adapt to.
Over the last several years, I've had the pleasure of working in a variety of different fields in several different parts of the world. My varied range of previous employments have afforded me the opportunity to learn and gain valuable experiences about the different avenues of the job market. Be it in the field of office administration, professional education, creativity and promotion, or hospitality and the service industry, I feel that my experiences and positive attitude would be an asset to any high-functioning team of staff.
My extensive independent travels have also been an indispensable part of my development, both as an individual and employee. Experiencing different countries, cultures, and styles of living has accelerated my capacity to learn, adapt, and integrate myself into all new situations.

Worked part-time in public relations, website promotion, and guesthouse management. Duties included the online promotion of the travel agency as well as tending to the personal needs of guests and travelers, including guided tours.
SB Bestian Language School Daejeon, South Korea 2008
Employed full-time as an English Language instructor at a private language academy in Daejeon. Responsible for 30 hrs of weekly in-classroom teaching. Subjects focused on English proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Duties included curriculum design, test creation and essay evaluation. Students ranged age 10 to 19.

Line cook, bar-tender, and waiter. (full kitchen and bar responsibilities; table service, and cash out.) Also worked part-time at Darby's Liquor Store. Duties included stocking, inventory, and cashier position.
