Gardener & Small time Handy man Wanted for fortnightly contract

I am looking for a gardener and light handyman to attend a strata complex in Armadale.
 
This would be on a fortnightly basis.  The complex is small and has only minimal lawns and gardens, the work would consist of trimming the lawns and raking/tidying the grounds.  I imagine this would take 2-3 hours per fn.
 
It would also be great if the person could identify and attend to small issues around the complex, or at least report back to the strata manager on them.
 
The work could be extended to a landscape job for the right person.
