They currently have the opportunity to bring on board 3 Production Officers to add to their existing team and grow with the organisation.
Based in Wangara, the Production Officers will be responsible for:
- Obtaining and processing customer orders
- Creating and maintaining daily work schedules for site specifiers
- Preparing specified job orders for production
- Lodging and tracking all jobs onto the computer system
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing and ordering materials
- Following up on any job related delays, or issues that may arise
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent organisation, time management and accuracy skills
- The ability to read and understand building plans
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- A motivated, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Professional presentation and high work ethics
