This practice is located in one of Western Australia's largest Outback Cities. With a population of over 30,000 people, the City is a dynamic and sophisticated regional centre. An exciting opportunity exists for a General Practitioner to join a leading, fully accredited Aboriginal Health Service in WA. This Service employs five General Practitioners who work closely with Aboriginal Health Workers and Nurses. This core clinical team is supported by a range of allied health services such as drug & alcohol services and a number of visiting medical specialists including a dentist, ENT Specialist, Ophthalmologist and Renal Physician.
 
Applicants should possess relevant medical qualifications and be eligible for FRACGP. All applicants must have highly developed interpersonal skills and a desire to become culturally connected with the community. This position will be permanent full time position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm with participation in the GP’s after hours on call roster at the regional hospital.
 
An attractive salary package will be offered including optional salary packaging, housing allowance, six weeks annual leave and two weeks study leave along with substantial professional development opportunities.
