I offer a service to couples who are divorcing and/or dividing their assets.  I help you to draw up a list of your assets and liabilities which can be used as the basis for an application for consent orders.  I am a go-between, an independent, objective third party who helps you to get information together at a time when communication with each other may be difficult.  I can help with Court forms, drafting letters and Court procedure.  I am not legally qualified and I do not give legal advice but I can help you to make your way through much of the process and minimise your need for lawyers.  I am 54, currently a bookkeeper and my background is in personnel management and the process of law.
