We currently have some exciting opportunities for Senior Legal Secretaries that are looking for that change. In partnership with 2 clients we have a Part-time in-house role and a Senior Legal Executive Assistant role where you will head up the division. Both are with successful and growing companies that demand the best from their staff.
 
 
 
Role 1 - Part-Time Legal Secretary
 
 
 
  • Supporting 1 In-house Lawyer for EPCM organisation.
  • Part-time role 4 days a week, must work Fridays.
  • Newly refurbished offices, great work environment.
  • Dictaphone experience desirable.
  • Previous In-house experience preferable.
  • Must present in corporate manner.
 
 
Role 2 - Senior Legal Executive Assistant
 
 
 
  • Supporting Senior partner and department.
  • Work along side other Secretary and delegate to 1 Junior Secretary.
  • Traditional Legal Secretary duties from Billing to Typing Correspondence.
  • Assist with Marketing duties when requested.
  • Top Tier Company dealing in Commercial law.
  • Excellent benefits.
 
 
 
 
For both roles we require candidates to have had 5 years plus experience working in a top tier firm or a corporate in-house role. You will also have had exposure to commercial law and possess excellent organisation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
