A Demi-Pair is a student who lives in a room in your home, as one of your familly members, in exchange for 15 hours of childcare or household duties.
They are studying English and are therefore at their English Language class between 9am and 2 pm, or thereabouts.
 
We have a Swiss Student coming over to Perth in November '09.  She will spend 4 weeks in a homestay, start her English classes, and will then be familiar with the Perth environment and ready to join you in your home.
