Live in Nanny / Au Pair

Myself and my husband Chris, along with our one year old son Jack live in the suburbs outside Perth, Australia. We are a young family (Chris and i are both 24 years old). Chris works away up North in construction and mining and i work in the same industry but in the City. I have returned to work and Jack is currently in day-care however i am looking for someone to be our live in au pair. We are a very easy going family, we are not strict and are not religious people, however we are very accepting of people from all races and religions. We would prefer an au pair from another country to teach jack not only English but another language.
 
A typical day would be waking up when Jack wakes up, having a bath and getting ready. Make Jack and yourself some breakfast and have a play. Perhaps go for a walk (if your comfortable, maybe take our small dog too?) and have a play at the park, come back and prepare yourself and Jack some lunch then give him a bottle and put him down for a nap and you have some free time. In the afternoon you and Jack could play outside or go on an outing or read books together until i get home from work. Then i will take over, cook us all dinner and put Jack to bed and you can have free time. I would like to organise for Jack to return to swimming lessons and it would be a good idea to join a au pair group or mothers group in the area to socialise with other adults and for Jack to socialise with other Children. Also it would be expected for you to keep the main living areas in a tidy condition, you will not be treated as a slave or have to do any cleaning, just tidying up of Jacks toys and books.
 
The au pair will have access to one of our cars in her free time, the working hours will be from when Jack wakes up approx 8:00am to approx 5:30 - 6:00pm every night. Jacks grandparents like to take him for a day each week so you will be asked to drop him off and pick him up and the rest of the day is yours free. You will have all weekends off and wont be asked to work nights (unless emergency). You are welcome to advertise to look after other peoples children in your free time if you want extra pocket money.
 
Chris works a 4 week on, 1 week off roster so he will be back every 4 weeks. On his week off you will be given a paid week off, you are welcome to stay around the house and have some time to explore Perth, or why not travel to other parts of Australia? i.e you will work for 28 days, have 7 days off then another 28 days etc etc
 
We may need to travel to remote parts of WA (it will be to major towns so there will be still things to do) the hours will increase significantly but you will be renumerated accordingly. We also like to go on family holidays which you will be invited to join us (we are thinking of going to Bali for a week or two mid-next-year).
 
You will be expected to organise and pay for any visas / documents etc to enter Australia and after 12 months work (or as long as you are allowed to work but a minimum of 12 months) we will pay for your airfare home. We will pick you up from the airport and take you back to settle in. We would ideally like someone to start straight away but we are flexible with dates.
 
As our au pair, you will be given your own room, but we all share 1 bathroom. your room will have a bed, drawers, wardrobe, tv, dvd player, lamp, alarm clock and anything else you may like. You will be given unlimted international calls (within reason) and access to broadband internet and a car to use in your free time (must be able to drive an automatic and a stick shift).
 
We are very honest people and will expect that if you are unsure about something or have done something that you are honest with us, we can talk with you and resolve the problem. and if you have any problems then to talk to us about them.
 
We will be paying a flat rate per week of AUD $250, this includes your week off you will be paid the same
