Accounts Administrator required for busy city Real Estate agency specialising in commercial lettings.
 
Previous real estate and tenant accounts experience (REST) would be preferable, however will consider someone with the right personality in a similar professional environment, ie. legal/accountancy and a strong accounts backgrounds.    Must be experienced to Bank Rec level and have knowledge of balancing tenant accounts and invoicing/database work/producing financial reports.
 
This is a fairly senior role and the successful applicant must be capable of running a busy office with all the associated administrative duties and supervising other junior staff and stepping into other roles when need be.
 
Providing administration/telephone support  to Property Managers.  Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with commercial tenants professionally.
