Over the past 8 years our client has focused on clearing the way on many blocked situations for their clients. Right now, they are laying the pipe work for the future, which may include you within their administration team.
/p>
This is a Part time role working 11am -5pm, 3 days a week they are flexible on days but have to be available for Fridays.
/p>
Would you describe yourself as confident, switched on, and have been exposed to the workings of Administration
/p>
Being successful in this role you have the ability to liaise with tradesmen! In conjunction with the office Manager, coupled with your strong time management skills and the capability to run the office as your own, you will help develop the systems that will grow this company.
/p>
To be considered for this role, we would like your experience in general administration using computer based tools, and a preference will be if you have MYOB experience.
/p>
Your duties will include:
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Filing
- Answering telephone/phone enquires
- General administration duties
