Duties will include but not limited to:

1. Provide advice and services to members
2. Providing administrative support
3. Maintain regular communication with clients and ensuring high level of customer service.
4. Receive and process email and faxes received and process outgoing mail
5. Assist with the organisation and preparation of mail-outs
6. Take care of courier pick-ups and deliveries
7. Assist in the preparation of reports
8. Be involved in development and implementation of strategies and proposals for continuous improvement

Desirable attributes include:

1. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast changing environment, work productively with limited supervision.
2. An ability to provide accurate and timely referral information;
3. Demonstrated self-motivation.
4. A Western Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle

Residing in a location in Southern or Eastern suburbs would be an advantage
