Optus InBusiness Account Manager in Perth

We require a local account manager to service existing and new Optus SMB customers in Perth.

Account Management entails the following:-

Introduce yourself as the Optus InBusiness Account Manager to all the local businesses in your area by door knocking.

Create a local database of businesses by collecting business cards from the businesses.
Upgrade existing customers with improved plans, data bolt-ons & latest handsets.
Cross-selling other products to existing Optus mobile customers.
Generating new customers through local area marketing & tele-appointing.
Offering a high level of customer service for your clients.
Building business referral networks.

Requirements:-

Proven telecommunication sales skills.
Good understanding of telecommunications (Mobile, Wireless Broadband, Inbound, Landline, VoIP, Internet, Phone Systems).
Suitable home office as 60% of all your customer dealings will be over the internet & phone.
Skilled in CRM, Email, Calendar, Contacts & Tasks.
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation).
Scan to PDF skills (Create PDF documents from your scanner).
Ability to work autonomously.
