We have been delivering training to Users and Administrators of IPT implementations for over 5 years, with involvement in over 200 projects.  We have experience in covering all cisco handsets and associated software. 
 
This role requires someone who is articulate and has excellent communication and presentation skills and/or training experience.  A good level of PC literacy is required but technical/product knowledge is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided. 
 
Knowledge of IP Phone Systems such as CISCO or others such as Avaya, NEC, Siemens, Nortel etc is beneficial.
