“Judicial Politeness” – genuine 19th Century print by Spy

One in the series produced by Sir Leslie Matthew Ward (1851 –1922), a British portrait artist and caricaturist who drew or painted several portraits which were regularly published by Vanity Fair, under the pseudonym "Spy". (Google or Wiki his interesting life).

On the reverse is a Certificate of Authenticity from Rarity’s Fine Antiquarian Prints (can email it to you if you like).

Frame size: 38 cm wide * 52 cm tall

I bought this donkeys years ago at a Gregson’s auction.

It would make a nice gift for someone in the legal profession perhaps.
