I have only used the first 3 lessons of this product twice. It is in excellent condition. No scratches. No skipping.
This is the best singing program I have ever found, and it is wonderful to do in the privacy of your own home. It will also save you a lot of money on boring old fashioned singing lessons; but with University and moving right now, unfortunately I just don't have the time to use it.
(The box it comes in has a little dent, and the contents page in the back has some pen marks.)
Other than that, it is an excellent product and perfect for anyone wanting to be a singing success.
