Hi there,
I really need some intence motivation and dicipline to get back into shape, Im 25 years old and sitting on 95kg and would love to be down to a healthy 85kg before summer...I need a strict trainer for my weeks off from a 2/1 roster.
 
I often use the gym but im not seing desired results!
