I need 2 womans bicycles, 2 helmets and 1 or 2 locks

The items must be very cheap and therefore shouldn't be as new, but still working.

Also, please don't offer us bikes which cost about 70 each because we just couldn't buy them. We'd like to spend max. about 60 total.
