We are 3 working Irish guys in mid-twenties with 2 double rooms for rent in scarborough. its a very large house with 5 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, 2 living areas,Garage parking,25 metre pool and a large back garden which gets the sun all day.Its only a 3 minute walk from the beach with Bus stop and shops all in comfortable walking distance. The first double room is on ground level with doors opening to pool with bathroom next door, that one is going for $150 p/week.  The other double room is located upstairs.it has en-suite bathroom with shower,large walk-in wardrobe,foxtel ready and doors which open on to terrace/balcony overlooking pool, with sea view.that room is going for $180 p/week which is a bargain. The atmosphere in the house is very much laidback and friendly so were hoping to hear from like-minded people. we would prefer 2 girls to keep the balance in the house but we're open to all takers. if you have any questions dont hesitate to contact me on 0405 183303.Theese rooms must go by sunday!!
