hi there i have a room available in cannington is close to carousel train buses movie etc
i am a single dad and my daughter lives with me who is 11 we are easy to get along with and dont mind a  fun louder  person however i would expect that you consider my daughter so young person is fine as long as you respect that.
car parking is available either verge or garage behind remote roller door and i will vary rent according to your requirements. i work form home so prob not suit a night shift worker, prefer employed person flexible regarding pets and even children, happy to negotiate rent you may be able to help with my daughter etc cost prob minimum 120 up to 160 depending on requirements
