Cheap Rent in Applecross $130. No more to pay

We have a house to share and 1 part furnished bedroom to fill in the Canning Bridge area (available Now). 1 bedroom is for one person and it has a single bed and a dresser and is $130.00 pw and NO MORE TO PAY. The rest of the house is for all to share. At present there is myself, my son and a couple from England in the house. The house is an old house and is not in a perfect condition. It is quiet and we all 'do our own thing'. But if you want to get 'noisy' sometimes, then that is fine. We have an Outdoors area where one can eat and/or communicate. We have a pool that is maintained in the warmer months. Such things as cleaning materials etc is included .A 'fair use' policy applies for electricity. Electricity is included in the rent, but if you are excessive, then the wrath of God will come down upon you and get ya for some extra dollars (this has not happened in 3 years). You will need to have your own phone (if applicable). This is a share house and not a Hotel and we all share tha place. Cleaning is by mutual agreement, but as long as we 'clean as we go', there will be no problem. Ok, so lets be happy together and do it with a smile. Oh, smokers are ok, but just not inside the house. We are 7km from Perth City centre and what we offer is probably one of the best locations south of the River. We are walking distance from The Commonwealth Bank, Chicken Treat and MacDonalds, Various other food outlets and Restaurants, Bus stops outside the door (1 bus zone to the city), 8am -10pm IGA supermarket, 24 hour Service Station, Canning Bridge Rail Station etc. etc.
