Hi. I'm currently sharing my gorgeous, spacious home with a mature guy and would love  a mature, considerate woman to share my space. It's a great place to live, with lots of seperate living areas. There's a pool and a gym and an outdoor entertainment areas.
The available bedroom is  a double room with B/I robes. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other.You can take the room furnshed or unfurnished. There's a fridge for your use and just about everything that opens and shuts, including a plasma & Foxtel.
I'm a mature, professional woman, who is very young at heart. I'm into making music (not the loud sort) and exercise and work from home.
It's a minute's walk to the Ardross shops and Canning Highway and Risely St bus stops, 15 minutes from the City, near Garden City and the river.
