Hi everyone! I have a big, beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home in quiet suburb of edgewater and i am looking to rent out a fully furnished room for $120 per week (not inc utilities).

House has new carpets, freshly painted, new blinds and bathroom
Bathroom is large and spacious
Nice large kitchen with new oven, stovetop, microwave and fridge
House is fully furnished with quality furnishings throughout
Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with only 3 houses per side of the road
Ample parking
Large back yard
Choice of 2 rooms (you can have whichever one you prefer)
Either room has a new double bed and linen, chest of draws and in built wardrobe. I have a spare study chair and if you are a student there is room to fit a study desk
Close to ECU uni (5min walk), police academy, train, freeway, shops, gyms, parks, lake, beaches, and joondalup night life.
To share with a 26yr old mother (F/T student&P/T worker) and 3yr old child (it's OK-we arent home all that much and she is a very good girl :)
We also have 2 small outside dogs (they DO NOT yap or bark)
2wks bond required
Must be clean and tidy
Must be employed or studying
Exchange students and FIFO workers welcome :)
