We are Asian couple, students of Curtin, studying full-time.

We're looking for a double room. Must be fully furnished ( double/queen size bed, table, desk, closet, wardrobe etc )
The best location is at Vic Park or at Perth City. Otherwise, prefer near Train station.

Anyway, if you have a double room that suitable for us, let us know.

We will need internet ADSL 2+ with large amount of Gb download every month.
No-smoking, no drink housemates. We are clean, tidy, quite easy going and friendly. So we hope homemates are same.

We will be able to move in anytime after 12 November
