I have a granny flat available to rent located in my back garden. Own entrance through the garden gate and lockable door into granny flat. Bedroom is 4 x 3 with a single glass sliding door and flyscreen, own kitchenette and bathroom.
Must be working and non smoker. Very close to domestic airport so could suite fly in fly out worker. Secure parking is available during away times otherwise verge grass parking. Close to train at the end of the street and shopping village 5min drive away. Close to everything. Supply your own double bed and linen and tv and music. Everything else included. Move in costs are 2 weeks bond plus 2 weeks rent in advance and additional costs are electricity.
The house is usually quiet after 8pm during the week and busy on the weekends. Regulation very friendly dog has the run of the backyard.
