We are seeking a possible room mate to share with 3 girls (all aged 21-22) who are all friends, in a 4x2 house in Bateman. We are looking for someone who is friendly, social and easy to get along with and will have no problem in sharing with housework and cooking. We are preferably after someone who is Australian/English speaking, has no pets (the landlord won't allow pets) and is a non smoker.
 
We are situated in Bateman, close to Garden City shopping centre, local shops and public transport. The house is 5 mins from Murdoch University and 10 minutes from Curtin. The room is $100 a week plus an equal share in all bills (gas, electricity, internet and fridge/washer). The house is furnished but the room is not. The room has a built in robe, cieling fan and will fit a queen sized bed comfortably.
