Hi, I'm looking for a youngish housemate between 20-30 m or f. FIFO would be good..to share my apartment in Maylands.

It's brand new, furnished, 2 bed, 2 bath. THe complex has a sauna, spa, pool and bbq area.

My current housemate is moving out with his partner so he needs to be replaced :)

rent is $250 p/w and bond (which will go to the realestate) is $1000. There is undercover parking and parking right outside our apartment. There is a private and locked allocated storage room underneath the building.

I'm a 23 f graphic designer, reasonably chilled, like to party and also lay low a bit with the occassional sparty.
