I am currently seeking another possible roommate to share a house with three other roommates. We are seeking a person who is neat,clean,social and can share housework when required.We are looking for a person who is currently employed and easy to get along with which is important.
 
The property is situated in Atwell/Success area with public transport not far away. The train station is about a 15-20min walk away from cockburn central and a bus stop around 10min walk.Shops are reasonably close depending on what you require with cockburn gateway shopping centre a 10-15min drive away (depending on traffic)>
 
Bills are shared equally between us , normally for Electricity,gas,internet and foxtel.The house contains a washing machine, clothes drier.
 
The room available is furnished. Linen is not supplied.
