Im looking for someone younge, who wants to move into a unit in sucess, rent is split and does not include bills. $170 a week. close to gateways shopping centre, and minutes from trainstation.
 
Havn't got the appartment yet as i need an over 18 to sign the lease. Unfortunatly im 17 but 18 in 2 months so cannot sign it myself. I have lived out of home for a year, very independent, wont need to rely at all on you. I work at goldmark armadale as 2.i.c so i can be trusted. Also have a car so have own transport. this is URGENT!!
