Hi there! I'm a professional 34 year living with my boyfriend in an awesome townhouse in East Perth.   We are friendly and laid back, social without being party animals, clean and neat without being obsessive!

It's a 3 level townhouse with two living areas so it's really well suited to sharing. Downstairs is a living area, dining, kitchen, laundry and toilet. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and another toilet, as well as a large balcony. The top floor is a big loft with a really comfy sofa and big plasma TV.

The entire house is air conditioned and is situated on a very quiet street. The house is fully furnished so all you need to bring is yourself and bedroom furniture. The room has a massive built in wardrobe and I have a chest of drawers and even a TV you can use if you want to!

The price is $250 per week plus bills.

 

We would prefer a single person (ideally female) but are open to couples.  The rent for a couple would be $300 per week plus bills.
