Looking for a housemate in Trigg Beach

I have a great opportunity to rent a 3 x 1 in Trigg Beach. Its available the last week of December. Its two streets back from the ocean with gorgeous ocean views. The catch is that the rent is high ($500 per week, so $250 each) so I dont want to commit without a flatmate to share. If you are interested, please let me know asap. I will move with all my furniture and my dog, so you just need to bring what you need for your room and i welcome additional pets. I'm a 31 year old female by the way :)
