Hi my name is Luke, me and my partner have nearly finished building our house and as such have a spare bedroom to rent out. The room will be approx ready in the first week of December and you'll have your own bathroom. The house is located in Carramar in the new estate (near Joondalup). You must love pets as we have 2 dogs and a cat. We are pretty chilled but would like someone who is clean and considerate as well as respecting our rules as this is our house and we don't want it trashed.
