This is a nice house, it has a new kitchen, new bathroom. Its 2 bedroom plus a sleep-out, has a great yard, with a big decking area for those summer bbq's, all furnished except for the bedroom, i do have a couple spare hanging wardrobes if you want them.

Not far for Murdoch uni, bus stop right outside, shops just 1min walk away. Takes me 10 to 15 min to drive to Freo, 5mins to get to the fwy.
