We have a room available in our light, bright, modern, brand new apartment in Maylands.

The apartment has a huge balcony, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. A car bay is available.
It is to share with a professional couple aged 20 and 21, and a professional male aged 27.

The apartment is in a secure resort-style complex complete with common lounge, gymnasium, sauna, spa, pool and BBQ area.

The location is superb, with Maylands train station a 5 minute walk, the city 10 minutes drive, and major bus routes only minutes away. Maylands cafe strip and shopping area is also only 5 minutes walk.


We are very social and friendly people and are looking for a someone similar.
Our ideal housemate would be clean, a professional or a student, and respectful.
Females preferred.

The room is $160 per week plus two weeks bond. Bills not included.
