The Apartment

A modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with an open plan kitchen and living area. The second bathroom incorporates the laundry. The apartment has a lot of natural light and features a large balcony off the living room. There is a secure carpark with room for your car, plus a large storage room off the carpark.

The Block

The apartment block is a large one on Beaufort Street in Highgate. It has a pool, three heated spas, plus a 25 metre lap pool. There is also a well equipped gym with sauna, BBQ with tables and chairs, plus a rec room with a table tennis table. Most of the people in the apartment block are young professionals. It’s a 20 minute walk into the city, 10 minutes to the train station and 10 minute walk up to Mt Lawley, cafés, shops, Coles (open Sundays!) etc. The Brisbane and the Ellington Jazz club are our locals.

I’m a 32 year old lawyer working for the government. I’ve only been in Perth for 12 months having moved here from Melbourne. I work in the city and I also play a lot of sport, learning to surf etc so I’m out and about a lot. I’m originally from country Victoria. I do have a cat. He’s old and pretty much sleeps in my bedroom most of the day.

I’m looking for a single professional to share with, preferably a guy, but I would also consider a girl.

$251 per week. $1089 per month. Available 28 November.
