The house:
Located in Heathridge, 2 min walk to local shops, 20 min walk to train station or 2 min walk to bus stop. The house has 2 living areas, big backyard, bbq area, car parking, air con, ducted heating, safe and secure. Washing machine and a dishwasher (got to love that). The beach is 3.5kms from our house so walkable but easier to drive in the summer heat!
the room:
double room with built in wardrobe away from the living areas (quiet). Air con and heating in the bedroom.
we also:
have wireless broadband (optional, cheap) cheap landline to use (free national and local calls, cheap international - part of wireless package)
Us:
Firstly, we are all kiwis, 24-27. Outgoing, friendly and socialise on weekends (quiet during the working week). our place is a home not a party flat but we have had quite a few bbq's and drinks at our place which will lead us to a pub (usually Hillarys). We don't always go out though quite happy hanging out at home and watching a movie and having a few wines. Love the beach go there often, learning water sports (nick is learning to kite surf, caro is learning surf).
Anyway if you want to know more about us, feel free to ask. We're a good group of friends that can actually hold a conversation and do not tend to hibernate in our rooms. We would like someone who has similar attributes to us.
