Date Listed: 23/07/2008 Hello, I currently have a room in my home, located in Heathridge (north of Perth, Joondalup area) available for Rent. for $170 PW The room can come fully furnished (its big enough for a double bed, and couch’s with tv.) or unfurnished depending on what you are after. The home is a newly renovated large 2 x 1 home, with a 3rd very large bedroom detached from the house (this is the room I would be renting, but absolute full access to the house) I have a great outdoor entertaining area, with bbq and new outdoor 8 seater spa. I am a 27 year old professional female, and am not home all that much. (including overnight) I also have a dog (very cute and well behaved but if you don’t like dogs you probably wont be interested!)
