Seeking a girl to rent out one of the rooms in our house. It is a private rental, currently residing are 2 males (an electrician with a girlfriend and a property manager both aged 21). We have another female friend moving in in December so we only have the one room avaliable. Must be gay friendly. Quiet suburb, close to shops, Warwick train station and 1 minute from Mitchell freeway. We have good internet and plenty of room, washing machine (no dryer), ducted a/c through out, we are clean housemates, cook a lot.
 
We are seeking a female aged between 20-25, pref has a licence but not essential, Friendly, open minded, respects privacy, fun personality.
 
Rent can be higher if you want it to include utilities but generally split everything equally. Rent will be $115 until mid Dec then it goes down to $85 pw.
