Hi,
We are currently looking for a third room mate, a female aged 20-30 that can pay the rent on time. The rent being $115 p.w. plus bills. A $500 bond is also required.
The room is unfurnished and small but the villa is modern. The house is furnished with a courtyard and it has a nice feel to it. It is walking distance to the beach and is a great summer house.
We are both female in our 20's, easy going, clean but not freakishly clean. We are very social and love having a good time but also work pretty hard as well.
