Seeking a House Mate!!

We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom new villa in Balga of which i am offering one bedroom to rent out to a female. You will be sharing with a single dad and his two children who are very well behaved & pets so please consider these factors beforehand.

 

The rent is $120 per week with all bills included and the room has a built in robe but can be furnished with a single bed or unfurnished. There is a bus stop across the street that can take you to the Warwick trainstation or to the Mirrabooka Bus Station. There is Mirrabooka shopping centre within a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute bus ride.

 

 The Place has all the mods and cons;ducted reverse cycle refridgerated aircon to each room, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, the latest personal entertainment systems. It has a small courtyard with a decent size washing line. The premises is very secure with roller shutters and window locks. The room that we are offering has a lock and is located at the back end of the house so you will have as much privacy as possible.

 

We would like a neat female who respects other peoples property, is outgoing and easy to get along with, that is either working or studying fulltime and don't worry; we wont be hitting you up for babysitting duties in return for your accommodation.
