Hi all,
Just throwing it out to the ether. I have two rooms to rent in my 3 x 1 house in South lake in late Sept this year. One will be the master bedroom and the other is a secondary spare room. House has gas for pretty much everything, except the fridge n lights :-)... pretty big back yard, big enough for cricket anyway. BBQ and outside area. Off street parking. A/C not that you would need it at the moment. my place is mostly furnished already but there is room for more furniture if its needed. I've put up a couple of pictures and they do show rooms having beds in them however that wont be the case. When someone moves in rooms will be empty for you. Services: GAS, POWER, PHONE, INTERNET. All bills are divided evenly among the tenants. Spare room is $110/week and the master is $125/week and 2 weeks in advance and 4 weeks rent is required as a bond. Finally, I will arrange with you a time n place to meet all applicants so please NO BOGUS EMAILS telling me you are going to send me all the money now... Not interested...
