Vic Park room

We are a gay couple who have a room available in our cosy home in Victoria Park. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, wardobe, TV and has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the room. We have wireless internet. Our house looks out over a park, which in summer provides a great view from our porch. We are a 2 minute walk from Victoria Park Bus Transfer station, as well as bus stops on Canning Highway.

 

Shane is 29 and is a professional who works in East Perth, while I (Brian) am 23 and study as well as working part time. We are not home a great deal, but when we are enjoy a happy and easy going atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is also looking for a chilled out and releatively quiet housesold.

 

Rent is $150 a week + utilites. Room is available 07/11.

 

2 weeks bond and rent paid fortnightly in advance.
