Is that SO much to ask for?

My wife and I are both tidy, clean and polite people who enjoy good food, nice wine and the bohemian lifestyle that Fremantle has to offer. We like popping in to Little Creatures for a pint, or finding a nice little restaurant and going out for meals. I work as a nurse at Freo hospital and my wife is a nanny with an ever-expanding client list.

We've looked at so many houses in Freo with the idea of sharing a house but so far nothing has really ticked all the boxes. Is it that difficult to give an old room a lick of paint and to run a carpet cleaner over the floor?

Help us out here guys. We have a budget of 200 dollars plus bills. It HAS to be in Freo, or walking distance to the train station, or somewhere like North Freo. We're not looking for a party house as I work shifts (but that's not to say we don't like having a BBQ and a few beers when the sun's shining!)

We don't mind dogs or cats either.
